Brussels, 28 May  2008 -  Mobistar is  the first  operator to  bundle
mobile and fix  telephony with Internet  in one tariff  plan for  the
business market. The solution - called 'One Office Full Pack' - meets
the  telecommunication  needs  of  self-employed  persons  and  small
enterprises. With One  Office Full  Pack, Mobistar  is launching  the
first global solution  for the  professional market that  is a  fully
viable alternative to  the offerings  of the  fix telephony  players.
Mobistar customers will save up to 30 % on their telecom invoices.

Telecommunication  is  critical  for   the  business  continuity   of
self-employed persons and small enterprises. Control over the telecom
budget, economical rates and simplified administration are  important
elements in the choice of  a telecom operator. Companies are  looking
for global  solutions  for  their basic  telecom  needs  -  including
simplicity: 1 contract, 1 invoice, 1 customer service desk, 1 contact
person. Research shows  that 77 %  of companies would  like a  single
supplier for fixed and  mobile telephony and Internet  and that 89  %
want to reduce their total budget for their telecom requirements.

With One Office Full Pack - an expansion of the One Office Voice Pack
telephony packages  (fixed and  mobile) with  professional  broadband
Internet - Mobistar answers these needs. This innovative, competitive
offer, with 7  different formulas  according to  usage, delivers  the
customer a  savings  of up  to  30 %  on  his telecom  budget,  while
increasing productivity.

To enter into a  One Office Full Pack  contract, the customer has  to
make only 2 choices: 1) a minimum commitment for national mobile  and
fix telephony and for  SMS and mobile data  traffic (from 10 to  2000
euro), and  2) the  number of  simultaneous calls  (from 1  to 4)  he
wishes to make via his fix line. For the latter choice, the  customer
pays a fee per month in accordance with his choice.

In return, the customer receives:
- free  fleet calls  amongst  colleagues, from  fix to  mobile,  from
mobile to fix, from mobile to mobile,
- free calls from fix to fix national,
- free forwarding of incoming calls from fix to mobile,
- free fast and secure access to professional broadband Internet and
fix telephony with 1 to 4 simultaneous voice channels (via the
wireless modem, Business Livebox),
- access to mobile telephony,
- integrated voice mail for fix and mobile with SMS notification  and
consultability via mobile phone,
- support for  analogue fax machines,  phones, payment terminals  and
alarm systems.

In addition,  for communication  outside the  telephony bundles,  the
customer benefits from  unique economical tariffs  (ATAN) for  mobile
and fix telephony and can keep existing fix and mobile phone  numbers
 free of charge.

With the  launch  of One  Office  Full Pack,  Mobistar  confirms  its
strategy of convergence in the  professional market. The roll-out  of
the global telecom solution One Office  Full Pack to the SoHo  (small
office, home office) market is a first realization of the convergence
approach              in               the               professional
market.
