Brussels, 1 April 2014 - Today Mobistar is publishing the convocation for its General Meeting of 7 May. One of the items on the agenda is the (re)appointment of the directors. The Mobistar Board of Directors will present Martine De Rouck and Grégoire Dallemagne as new independent directors. The mandate of two directors (Erik Dekeuleneer, Conseils Gestion Organisation, represented by Philippe Delaunois) will end on 7 May due to legal restrictions. They have each completed 3 consecutive mandates as independent directors. The Orange group proposes to replace Brigitte Bourgoin and Wirefree Services Belgium, represented by Aldo Cardoso with Patrice Lambert-de Diesbach de Belleroche and Bruno Mettling as the new Orange group representatives. The mandate of the other 8 directors is extended for the next 3-year term. If the 2 new independent directors are appointed at the General Meeting, their mandates will expire after the annual General Meeting of 2017.
