In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mobius Investment Trust plc announces that Maria Luisa Cicognani, a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as the interim chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of TBC Bank Group plc and the Supervisory Board of the Bank with immediate effect.

 

Maria Luisa Cicognani has been a non-executive director of TBC Bank Group plc since 10 September 2018.
