Appointment of Director

The Board of Mobius Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Gyula Schuch as independent non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Gyula is currently Equity Partner at Ithuba Capital, a management-owned independent investment bank and regional advisory firm with headquarters in Vienna. Formerly, he was Managing Director of EEMEA and LATAM Equities at HSBC Bank plc, Global Banking and Markets in London and Managing Director and Co-Head of EEMEA and LATAM Equities at HSBC Securities (USA) Inc in New York. Previously, he worked for HVB Capital Markets New York and CA-IB Securities New York Inc.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Business Administration and Economics in Vienna.

Gyula has also been appointed to the Company's Audit Committee and the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee.

Furthermore, he has been appointed as chairman of the Company's Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Maria Luisa Cicognani, the Chairman of the Board and interim chairman of the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee, steps down from leading that Committee with immediate effect.  

There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Resignation of Director

The Board of Mobius Investment Trust plc also announces that Dr Sophie Robé has resigned from her non-executive directorship of the Company with immediate effect.

Dr Robé has been an independent member of the Board since the Company's launch in 2018 and has decided to focus on other business interests. The Board thanks Dr Robé for her support during these years and her contribution to, and advocacy of, the Company.
