First Day of Dealings

Further to the announcement on 26 September 2018, the Company is pleased to announce that 100 million ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") will today be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker MMIT. The Ordinary Shares will be registered with ISIN number GB00BFZ7R980.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue immediately following Admission is 100,000,000 each with equal voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
