The Board of Mobius Investment Trust plc ('the Company') has been advised by the partners of Mobius LLP, the Company's AIFM, that Mr Greg Konieczny will retire from Mobius LLP. 

Ongoing management responsibility for the Company's portfolio will otherwise remain unchanged, led jointly by Dr Mark Mobius and Mr Carlos Hardenberg working with the rest of the Mobius LLP team which has been responsible for managing the Company's investment portfolio since launch in 2018.

The Board would like to express its appreciation for Mr Konieczny's contribution to the success of the Company since launch.
