                     Application for Listing of Shares


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for 35,295 Ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Daily
Official List on 18 September 2001.

These shares are being issued in respect of the acquisition of Spacenow
Limited for total consideration of £38,295 (based on the closing mid-price of
Mentmore Abbey shares on 13 September 2001).
