Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority of the FSA for the Block Listing of 13,237,433 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to the Official List.

These Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the following of the Company's
