Acquisition of the European Information Management Services Business of Hays plc



Further to the announcement of 12 July 2003, Mentmore plc is pleased to announce
that Iron Mountain Europe Limited, its European records management joint
venture, has completed the acquisition of the European business of Hays
information management services from Hays plc.
