Draper Esprit plc, one of the leading venture capital investors involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth technology businesses with an emphasis on digital technologies in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Europe, hereby notifies the market that, on 2 June 2017, PDMRs Simon Cook (Chief Executive Officer), Stuart Chapman (Chief Operating Officer) and Brian Caulfield (Managing Partner), sold in aggregate 287,670 ordinary shares of the Company at 324 pence per share, representing 0.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
