Notification of Home Member State

Following admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the secondary listing segment of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin ("Euronext Dublin"), and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities and the regulated market of Euronext Dublin, Draper Esprit plc today confirms it has elected Ireland as its Home Member State for the purposes of the EU Transparency Directive.
