Offer for subscription to raise up to £10 million
The Company announces that the following documents have been
submitted to the Financial Services Authority:
* a circular convening an extraordinary general meeting of the
Company to be held on 6 March 2008; and
* a prospectus relating to an offer for subscription of new
ordinary shares by the Company to raise up to £10 million,
and will soon be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

25 The North Colonnade
London E14 5HS
The circular and the prospectus will be sent to the Company's
shareholders shortly.
