Revised Share Buyback Policy

The Board of Draper Esprit VCT plc is pleased to announce that it has agreed to amend the Company’s Share Buyback Policy to reduce the discount to Net Asset Value (“NAV”) at which the Company will aim to purchase its own Shares that become available in the market, from 7.5% to 5.0%.  This Revised Policy will take effect from 1 April 2019.

The Company’s Share Buyback Policy remains subject to regulatory and liquidity considerations.
