Issue of Equity (DRIS) - Correction

The announcement released by the Company on 1 July entitled Issue of Equity (DRIS) stated an incorrect number of shares as being allotted and issued under the Special Dividend Reinvestment Scheme ("DRIS").  The correct number of shares allotted and issued was 388,198 and not 561,665 as originally stated. The full corrected text of the announcement is as follows:

The Company announces that, on 30 June 2015, it allotted 388,198 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in respect of Shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms of the Company's Special Dividend Reinvestment Scheme in respect of the dividend of 5.0p per Ordinary Share paid on 30 June 2015.

The shares were issued at 66.6p per share (being the unaudited net asset value as at 31 May 2015 of 70.9p per share adjusted for the dividend and 1% fee to cover costs of the scheme).

These shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.

Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities respectively. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the shares will commence on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 17 July 2015.
