Issue of Equity

The Directors of Elderstreet VCT plc announce the following allotments on 6 April 2016:

• 68,632 Ordinary Shares of the Top Up Offer launched on 10 December 2015
• 19,730 Ordinary Shares in respect of the Further Top Up Offer launched on 22 December 2015

             
The shares were issued at an average price of 70.96p per share based on the unaudited Net Asset Value of 70.6p per share at 31 December 2015 in accordance with the pricing formula in the Offer documents.

Application for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.

Following these allotments the Company now has  37,251,866 shares in issue, which is also equal to the total voting rights.
