The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made the following
allotments in accordance with the pricing formula set out in the Offers for
subscription dated 1 November 2005 ('the Offer'). On 1 March 2006,  629,072
Ordinary Shares of 5p each were allotted under the Offers at a price of
approximately 68.89p per share.

Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.

Included within the above, is 290,323 Shares allotted to Michael Jackson, a
Director of the Company,  at a price of approximately 68.89p per Share and
representing approximately 2.0% of the issued share capital.  Following this
allotment he controls approximately 4.3% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
