Acquisition of Investment Manager

Seneca Investment Managers Limited ("Seneca") yesterday announced that it had completed the acquisition of Miton Capital Partners Ltd ("MCPL"), the Company's investment manager.  Alan Borrows and Simon Callow continue to manage the Company's portfolio on a day-to-day basis.

Both Seneca and MCPL have their roots in Merseyside, and Seneca is committed to providing the Company's investment managers with the support and resources that will enable them to continue to deliver the Company's much improved investment performance.

The Board is pleased to note that the acquisition has been completed, and looks forward to working with Seneca and MCPL to market the Company's qualities actively.
