Conversion of Warrants
Further to the notification made at 10.19am on 12 September 2005 that
application had been made by Midas Income & Growth Trust PLC ('the Company') to
the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of
3,900 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the
Official List, the Company has been advised that permission to admit the new
shares will be granted on 14 September 2005 and that admission and trading will
commence on 15 September 2005.
