Announcement of First Interim Dividend

In accordance with the intention stated in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 December 2011, the Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2013 of 1.30p (year ending 30 April 2012: 1.63p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 17 September 2012 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 24 August 2012, ex dividend date 22 August 2012.
