Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

16 May 2013

In accordance with the Company's intention of pursuing a progressive dividend policy, it has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2013 of 1.35p per Ordinary 25p share.  This represents a 3.8% increase on the 1.30p paid in respect of the same period last year. The dividend  will be payable on 14 June 2013 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 24 May 2013, ex dividend date 22 May 2013.
