Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

In accordance with the intention stated in the Circular to Shareholders dated 21 December 2011, the Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2013 of 1.30p (year ending 30 April 2012: 1.30p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 15 March 2013 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 February 2013, ex dividend date 20 February 2013.
