Announcement of First Interim Dividend


The Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 April 2007 of 1.45p net (2006 1.38p) per Ordinary 25p share which will
be payable on 18 September 2006 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25
August 2006, provisional ex dividend date 23 August 2006.
