Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2008 of 1.68p net (2007 1.45p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 20 June 2008 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 May 2008, provisional ex dividend date 28 May 2008.  This represents a total Ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 April 2008 of 6.27p (2007 5.8p).
