The Company was today (22 June 2001) informed that, following a purchase of
shares on 20 June 2001, Quilter & Co and its subsidiaries are interested in
2,250,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 14.12% of the issued share
capital.
The registered shareholders are:
Bank of New York (Nominees) Ltd 2,000,000 12.55%
CUIM Nominees Ltd 250,000 1.57%
