Portfolio Update

Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") is delighted to note the conditional listing of AJ Bell plc whose price was confirmed today.  Conditional dealings are to commence today and Admission is expected to become unconditional on 12 December 2018.  As one of the Company's largest investments, the positive impact of the resulting uplift in the carrying value of AJ Bell plc on the Company's net asset value is approximately 5.2p per share, and the Company's net asset value (announced daily) will reflect this from close of business today.  Half the holding is being sold in the listing leaving a remaining investment which, after the sale, will have a portfolio weight of around 3.2%.
