Repayment of £0.5m of Term Bank Loan

The Board of The Taverners Trust PLC (the 'Company') has today repaid early £0.5
million of the Company's outstanding term bank loan. The repayment was funded
from current cash resources and incurred a one off breakage and interest cost of
£22,203. The Company's outstanding term loan, following repayment, is £2.5
million which is scheduled for repayment next year.
