The Taverners Trust PLC (the "Company")
Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that the ten resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held on 15 September 2004 were all duly passed. As explained in
the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2004, Mr.
Lionel Ross retired as Chairman and from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM.
Mr. Billy Whitbread resigns today as a Director of the Company and is
immediately appointed as Mr. Chris Fishwick's Alternate Director.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrantholders convened for today was not
quorate, accordingly, that meeting has been adjourned to 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday
22 September 2004.
