Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Company has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 April 2010 of 1.63p net (year ending 30 April 2009: 1.63p) per Ordinary 25p share which will be payable on 19 March 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 February 2010, ex dividend date 24 February 2010.
