Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (the "Company") notes the Office of Fair Trading decision of 8 August 2012 that, on the information currently available to it, a relevant merger situation, under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002, has not been created in the proposed acquisition by the Company of MoneySavingExpert.

The Company continues to expect the acquisition to complete in September or October 2012.
