Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 1,220,215 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in
the Company.

The Ordinary Shares are to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange
and to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations
under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares
will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each.
