Long Term Incentive Plan Award
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that on 28
December 2007, a nil cost award was made under the Company's Long Term Incentive
Plan ('LTIP') to the PDMR's detailed below. The number of ordinary shares of
0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Shares') referred to is
the maximum available if the performance targets for the period, which commences
on 1 January 2008 and ends on 31 December 2010, are met in full.
