We were advised on 7 October 2008 by Capita IRG Trustees Limited that on 6 October 2008, Paul Doughty and Andrew Leadbetter, each of person discharging managerial responsibility in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC, acquired 207 ordinary shares in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC at £0.6045 per ordinary share through participation in the Moneysupermarket.com Share Incentive Plan.
