of Paul Doughty and Andrew Leadbetter, each a person discharging managerial responsibility in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC, acquired 289 ordinary shares in Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC at £0.4320 per ordinary share through participation in the Moneysupermarket.com Share Incentive Plan.
