Board Change

The Board of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") today announces that they have been informed by David Osborne, Marketing Director, that he will be leaving the Company on 31 December 2012.

Gerald Corbett, Chairman of the Company, said:

"I would like to thank David for his contribution as Marketing Director during which time he has delivered sustained revenue growth and made MoneySupermarket.com a trusted household brand. I wish him every success for the future."

Senior Management Appointment

The Company is delighted to announce Kenny Jacobs, currently Tesco's Brand Communications Director, will join as Marketing Director on 1 December 2012.  Prior to his role in the UK, Kenny was the Marketing Director of Tesco's Irish business.

Peter Plumb, CEO of the Company, said:

"Kenny brings great experience of managing one of the biggest consumer brands. He also brings a deep knowledge of consumers, brand management, as well as a sound understanding of our business and brand and I am delighted he is joining us."
