The Monks Investment Trust PLC hereby gives notification that Karl Sternberg, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive director of JPMorgan Elect Plc with effect from 16 December 2016. This follows the reconstruction of JPMorgan Income & Growth Trust plc, of which Mr Sternberg was the former Chairman.
