THE COMPANY ANNOUNCE THAT DOUGLAS MCDOUGALL, WHO WAS APPOINTED TO THE BOARD ON
30 NOVEMBER 1999 HAS A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN 275,000 ORDINARY SHARES IN THE
MONKS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC.
