Fair Value of Debenture

Following a Board review of the basis for establishing the fair value of the Company's debenture, with effect from 31 December 2013 the fair value is based on the closing exchange traded offer price. The fair value was previously based on closing offer prices provided by Investec Bank plc. The initial impact on 31 December 2013 was to decrease the NAV per share with borrowings at fair value by 0.14%.
