ON 18 FEBRUARY 2000, THE COMPANY PURCHASED FOR CANCELLATION 260,000 ORDINARY
SHARES, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BOUGHT BACK TO 8,032,000. THERE
REMAINS 69,560,000 SHARES IN ISSUE.
