Purchase of Own Securities

On 15 August 2022, the Company purchased 130,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1091.3p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 223,077,665 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue.  The Monks Investment Trust PLC will hold 13,376,194 ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (223,077,665) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Monks Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
