                        Appoints Chief Operating Officer



The Board of Mission Testing, the UK's leading software testing solutions
provider, is pleased to announce that Carl Thompson will assume the role of
Chief Operating Officer, in addition to his current position as Finance
Director, with immediate effect.

Carl will continue to report to Tony Wells, Chief Executive Officer, who will be
increasingly focused on business development and strategy as well as supporting
major client and partner relationships.

This appointment reflects our policy of ensuring an efficient and effective
management structure to support the company's growth potential.
