The Board of Directors of ISIS Smaller Companies Trust plc confirms that Mr
Richard Martin (aged 61) has today been appointed as a non-executive Director of
the Company.
He is Chief Executive Officer of T Bailey Asset Management Limited and a
non-executive director of Premium Trust plc, Schroder Split Investment Fund plc,
Invesco Perpetual Aim VCT plc, and Resources Investment Trust plc.
Within the past five years he has also been a non-executive director of the
following public listed companies: Edinburgh New Tiger Trust plc (in members
voluntary liquidation), Edinburgh Leveraged Income Trust plc (in members
voluntary liquidation), ELIT Zeros 2008 plc (in members voluntary liquidation)
and ELIT 2003 plc (in members voluntary liquidation).
There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph
9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
