Ms Somerset Webb is the Editor-in-chief of UK personal finance magazine MoneyWeek, writes for the Financial Times and is a radio and television commentator on financial matters.

There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to Ms Somerset Webb's appointment.
