Statement by Mission Testing plc ('Mission Testing')

Mission Testing notes the recent trading volume in its shares and announces that
it is in discussions which may or may not lead to a recommended cash offer being
made for Mission Testing. It is currently expected that the offer would value
each Mission Testing ordinary share at approximately 80 pence.

The proposed offer remains subject to a number of conditions.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
