The Company announces the following historic purchases of Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company (the "Shares") under a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") by Catriona Hoare, Non-Executive Director, which have inadvertently not been disclosed.

Catriona Hoare has established a DRIP via her SIPP in relation to the Company's Shares and through the DRIP purchased, in aggregate, 59 Ordinary Shares at prices of between £1.09 and £1.17 per Share between 11 June 2020 and 11 September 2020.

Catriona Hoare has a total interest of 7,309 Shares representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital, which includes the historic purchases detailed above.
