RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

James Robinson, having served over nine years on the Board, will not be seeking re-election to the Board at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and therefore will cease to be a Director of the Company from the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 27 July 2023. The Board of Directors would like to thank James for his invaluable contribution, in particular as Chair of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee and Senior Independent Director. As a consequence of James' forthcoming departure, the Board is seeking a new Independent Non-Executive Director to replace him.

James will be succeeded as the Chair of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee and Senior Independent Director by Barbara Powley, effective 27 July 2023. Barbara is a Chartered Accountant with extensive recent and relevant financial and accounting experience and has served on the Board since 2020.
