The Company has been informed that as of 05 April 2001, Millennium Partners LP
have an interest of 2,050,000 ordinary shares, (representing 5.11% of the
issued share capital).

Millennium Partners LP is also the beneficial owner of 1,410,000 ordinary
shares through Vidacos Nominees Limited (representing 3.52% of the issued
share capital).

The total holding of Millennium Partners is LP is therefore 3,460,000 ordinary
shares (representing 8.63% of the issued share capital).
