MONTANARO UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that following a purchase of 100,000
ordinary shares on 23 November 2001 by Cornhill Insurance plc, Allianz (UK)
Limited now has an aggregate holding of 6,361,457 ordinary shares in Montanaro
UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, representing 17.06% of the issued
share capital.
