The Company announces that in accordance with LR 9.6.14R(2), Mr Arthur Copple, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as chairman of the Board of Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC with effect from 24 May 2018.  Mr Copple is currently a non-executive director of Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC, as previously disclosed.
