The Company announces that it received notification on 6 August 2013 that a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, listed in the table below, took place on 5 August 2013.

Nature of transaction:     Exercise of an approved option over 7,313 shares awarded on 6 May 2010 under the Approved Performance Share Plan Schedule to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan and release of 4,757 shares from the associated funding award which were immediately sold to fund the exercise cost of £2.051 per share of the approved option.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
