Morgan Sindall appointed to £400 million
schools framework in South East Wales

Morgan Sindall Group plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that Morgan Sindall, its construction and infrastructure division, has been appointed by the South East Wales Schools Capital Working Group (SEWSCAP) to its framework contract for major building works.

Morgan Sindall has been appointed on three of five Lots covering projects ranging in value from £3 million to over £25 million, sharing individual lots with up to five other contractors. The four-year framework has a total anticipated spend of up to £400 million across all lots. 

SEWSCAP comprises ten local authorities in South East Wales and other public bodies such as Church schools, police and fire services.
